Dear friends my question is if a yield of batch found more than limit at packing stage what will be the probable root cause?

Please go for deviation and proceed for investigation, there may be any possibility out of 5M, cannot be aforementioned.

This is very isolated case which should go through deviation further follows investigationā€¦

Any one of the following aspect may be root cause for getting the higher yield than the specifiedā€¦

  1. Is your manufacturing process is well established?
  2. Raw materials input quantities are issued as per the approved manufacturing BMR?
  3. If there is any deviation during the charging of raw materials.
  4. The personnel who were involved during the manufacturing are well trained.
  5. Is there any balance malfunctioning during the raw material dispensing| / batch output product weighing.
