Can we Use the same API lot for Working standard qualification which is used for the Manufacturing of the batch. and the same working standard can we use for testing of the batch which is manufactured with the same lot API.
Yes, you can use the same API for working standard qualification and for regular analysis also, but it should be qualified with respective Pharmacopoeia reference standard (i.e; IP/BP/USP etc.) prior to usage.
