What is the difference between adding the binder to solution and intragranular

What is the difference between adding the binder to solution and intragranular?

For example in my process i use pvp K-30 as a binder and it is dissolved in water. How it will be effect the granules if i will add the pvp K-30 to intragranular and after that i will do the granulation with only water

Not too much difference.
PVP can be added in solution form or in form of dry mix with other excipients or API which is later on activated by addition of solvent eg water or IPA.

Basically if solution or suspension produced by binder is too much thick then it can b divided in parts like if we use HPC as binder and qty of binder is high and can produce too thick solution then some qty of HPC can be mixed and some qty can be added in solution form.

If we use binder as solution isnt require less amount than add as dry binder?

it depends.some time extra solvent is also required to pour

How will it effect to hardness and powder flowabilty?
