What is the acceptance criteria for 60 kg & 1000 kg capacity balance calibration? As per USP it shows 0.1% is allowed error. Is it applicable for all capacity balances? Please clarify.

Yes it is applicable for all balances.generally for calibration five weights are selected.first one is minimum weight, then 25 percent,50 percent,65percent and 80percent.you will have to calculate first.

Could u pls more clarify question?
Dear Meenakshi Accuracy, Repeatability and Ecenticity to be checked.
Weight to be used minimum, maximum and 50% of these to be used of working capacity

Accuracy, repeatability, eccentricity should be done for monthly calibration.use minimum, maximum and 50% of balance capacity.for eg.if u use 30 kg balance u should use 15 kg (50%of balance capacity)

Full scale calibration should be done on monthly basis.

Full scale calibration can be done by using minimum ,20,40,60 and 80% of balance capacity.

What is working capacity
