During any interview, no questions are tricky or difficult to answer or require the presence of mind. The only way to succeed is to prepare yourself thoroughly, answer the questions confidently if you know them correctly. Use your experience and the knowledge gained during the working period in a pharmaceutical company. Read Regulatory guidelines and other aspects of GMP, GLP, GCP, GXPs… etc. as per your area of expertise. Some answers are purely based on your experience as there may not be concrete answers; it depends upon the situation at that time.
