calibration of weighing balance done daily, but why not calibrate weighing balance before and after product weighing activity, for example we calibrate weighing balance today 7:00 AM & next due on tommorrow 7:00 AM but between that same period Is this balance ready for weigh the product?
Yes it is done generally once in a day. It can be justified that if any problem is found in balance then all samples shall be analysed again those are analysed in last 24 hrs.
24 hrs can be increased based on risk assessment.
