Weighing balance calibration 220gm

e=1mg and d=0.1mg for 220 gm weighing balance .what is the meaning of e and d value.

Hai
ā€™dā€™ is the scale interval i.e 0.1 or 0.01 i.e means starting value of the analytical balance and ā€˜eā€™ is the error of the balance i.e for big capacity balances which is in stores and in production.

The accurate definitions of d and e are present in

OIML R 76-1: 2006 (E) page 14
http://www.fundmetrology.ru/depository/04_IntDoc_all/R_E_76-1.pdf

and NIST HB 44 2017 pages 520, 524
http://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/hb/2017/NIST.HB.44-2017.pdf

Thank you. I had read the definitions.

Note that d and e are general terms which apply to both low capacity and high capacity balances
