why all sensors like temp,pr,condutivity,flow,toc,etc are fixed in return line ?

If all the said parameters are complying as per specified limits that means the water at each user point complies. So there will be no impact on the quality of the products when we use the above water.
If there is any abnormalities observed in the above parameters we can take immediate action to rectify the N.C
