Could we prepare WFI,PW water user points sampling frequency once in fourteen day…except storage tank…
Is it complies ?
Once Phase 1 and Phase 2 qualification of water system is successfully completed, you can move for a reduced frequency of sampling. Ideally you should set up a sampling plan in such a way that all the sampling points are covered at least once a month. However you should have trend data to support this sampling plan. While making such sampling plan you should also bear in mind that atleast one user point is sampled every day. The reason is that the water is in closed loop circulation, hence sampling from even one user point will give you representative quality of entire water system. Suppose you have a small plant and only 7 user point then by this logic every user point will be sampled once a week (not once a month as mentioned in earlier statement.)

We planed fifteen days per each Phase I &II study evaluation.I have performed all the Microbiological and chemical testing in phase I&II …The trend data was showed that no any changes in TAMC and chemical …Is it support the data to make the sampling frequency fifteen days once as one sampling point…

it’s enough Anvsh at the same time you must complied to phase 1 and phase 2 and suppose you haved some user points these all points should be must covered every month.

“15 days once as one sampling point” Is not very clear. Do you mean to say that you will make sampling plan in such a way that each user point will be sampled once in every days?. If it is so then its OK
But additionally you should also ensure daily monitoring of pH, conductivity, TOC. Hope your purified water generation system have this monitoring instruments in place/ Also UV lamp usage hours are also monitored and lamp is replaced in time
In addition to monitoring as mentioned above periodic sanitization also should be in place to ensure continuing qualified status of the system

A typo error ina above message correct and read first sentence as “15 days once as one sampling point” Is not very clear. Do you mean to say that you will make sampling plan in such a way that each user point will be sampled once in every 15 days?. If it is so then its OK
