Supposed my company water plant work between 25-12-20 to 31-12-20 major work like multiculumn PSG work and EDI work so required change control or breakdown maintenance memo? After completion of work starts the validation of water plant.

Dear,

  1. Initiate planned deviation.
  2. Initiate Work permit
  3. Evaluate the major change if any
  4. Complete analysis of Steam and water from EDI before release for use.
  5. 2 weeks monitoring of water system

for already validated system facility, not need re-validation.
