If any equipment is cleaned as per standard cleaning procedure, to prevent the contamination or cross contamination. While giving the line clearance for next operations, IPQA person should ensure the effectiveness of the cleaning by verifying the executed cleaning operations like cleaning records and respective equipment cleaning sample analytical results.
Those complied documents, not giving the 100% assurance for cleanliness of equipment.
Even though above check points found satisfactory, visual inspection plays a key role while verifying the cleaning effectiveness by naked eyes. This is called as visual angle.
