I’m asking if I can use a raw material in finished product which has a validity about 3 months before expirity date and the finished product has 3years of validity.
Does this raw material have an effect on the product or not and which guidelines can I use

As per ich guidance u r product expiry should be as per stability study available and it will as per expiry of exipent
