I’m using my validator for a fluidized bed furnace, I want to solve this problem, but i do not have idea where this is coming from.

Some validators come with a function to automatically perform a calibration verification of the probes, if you have a reference sensor available. It is good practice to do this verification before and after execution of the tests.
So basically, REF CHK means Reference Check, and as what I can infere with your photo you are initiating a validation test. If the program is set to automatically do this REF CHK (calibration verification) before and after the test, then that’s why.
Can you confirm this hapende before or after the test? and that you could observe the real data during the test?

The “REF CHK” on the photo happened while the validation test was running, but appeared and disappeared during all the study. once the data was downloaded, we had some values “lost” which correspond to the times “REF CHK” appeared on the screen.
