Hi Brothers/ Sisters,
Could you please advise me what should I do when a plan is mentioned in the VMP but is late? Can I create an impact assessment, initiate an ER… or change control to change plan.

Please do Risk assessment if there is a significant delay in the execution of the plan as mentioned in the VMP document. Risk assessment should include impact assessment as well. This can be followed by a change request/proposal for evaluation of a revised date in the plan.
