Can any one suggest on under ground storage tanker cleaning procedure and supporting document necessary which is used in warehouse for solvent storage in API. Other wise any guideline pl suggest the same also.

Remove all the electrical connections from pumps and other mechanical equipment.
check to clean the residual vapors if necessary in the tank.
clean the interior of the tank.
power wash the tank walls and floor.
And take utmost care while cleaning the tank use suitable personal protected equipments.
