Which type of ink is used for Alu foil printing used in blisters?

Pantone color ink- such as Blue 072C, Black and red 200 C, Black and Refelex blue etc.

is it food grade and whats about heat resistent?

It is usually Solvent free UV inks according to PMS/CMYK.Not food grade as it is not in contact with the product itself.
Basically printing is done by foil Printing machine such as HAPA 230 Roll is based on UV flexo graphic printing technology and rotary printing system employing pil grim step method and designed to print roll fed material in two colors and rewind them such that they can be used on a remotely positioned packaging machine.
