After training of SOP revision , assessment is mandatory or not

Generally, assessment is conducted after every training to understand whether the trainees have well understood the topic or not. Assessment of training can be done in different ways using various methodologies such as

  • Written test / examination
  • Oral interview
  • Practical assessment (like for analysts in QC lab)
  • Feedback from trainees (oral or written)
  • Group discussion or Q & A session after training

Therefore, you may select any of the above methodologies for the assessment of trainees after training is completed. Also, it is based on the company’s internal policy / SOP.
