Hi
I want to make performance qualification procedure for track and trace machine with check weighing technology so kindly guide me to make a procedure hint that the machine will work on four different sizes of bottle box.
and what is the parameter that I have to work on it?

Generally what i know Track and trace equipment is usually installed after dynamic Checkweigher.

PQ can be done as matrixing approach,as per size of carton.(downstream speed with relation to rejection)
Basically the :

  1. Printing quality of text matter.
  2. Printing matter of 2D Code or Logo should be checked.
  3. correctness of printed matter.

Challenge test to be done for:

  1. Wrong printed matter for each line.
  2. Dublicate serial number.
  3. Print quality grade A, B,C,D
  4. empty carton
