Toc blank is failing

I m using Toc instruments.My blank QC result should be less then 0.1 but I m getting.0.6 I run blanks 10 times but result is same what should I do to fix this ??

Please ensure that the TOC analyzer is set properly with respect to zero reading adjustment.
Additionally, you may change the blank solution to a different source/lot number.
