Tinidazole Tablet friability problem

Plz can anyone help me for Below mentioned problem in Tablet

We are preparing Tinidazole Tablet 500
Having avg wt of 1200mg in BIG DS punch(Capsule shape)
All parameters are ok but when we put tablets in friability apparatus 3-4 tablets brakes from the center
What could be the possible reason for the same?
& What might be the remedy which I can take?

Machine related
Reduce machine speed
if hardness is very high reduce it
use precompression if possible.
Formulation related
check moisture limit.overdried grains may result in this problem.
grain n fine ratio
less binder qty
