Is it acceptable when TS cycle got aborted with Satisfactory F0 value . Also can I release the batch for further processing.(stability)

Yeah sir, it is acceptable if you have minimum f0 value achieved . Which equally complies 6 log reduction. If you have to export EU/ USA then you should have to add this window process/ product reprocessing in dosier while filling NDA/ ANDA .
So in future terms this will allow to safe your product.
