For temperature monitoring of a cleanroom, what factors need to be considered when defining the number of locations need to be measured?
Suppose that we have a 10m^2 room. As per ISO 14644-1:2015), we need to measure the particle count criteria at 5 different locations. Is this guideline applicable to temperature and humidity monitoring?
