As per WHO TRS No. 961, 2011; on what basis temperature mapping study for warehouses and other ambient storage areas should be run for a minimum of 7 days and for temperature-controlled area (e.g. freezer rooms and cold rooms) for between 24 and 72 hrs. ?
Can anyone please explain the above criteria.

WHO TRS 961.
For ambient storage conditions, temperature mapping carried out for 7days to assess the temperature recorded readings for different days. From the output we can assess the min. and max. Temperatures maintained in that area.
