Tank for Natri chloride 0.9% production

Hi there,

I have a 2000L tank for making NaCl 0.9% solution (non-sterile). I am using a sensor located in the bottom of the tank. It’s a pressure transducer so it’s unstable due to the movement of the water.

How to measure the volume of water to be filled into the tank? For example, 1000L, 1200L, 1500L,…

First of all calibrate the small size tank, suppose u can calibrate the 250 liter tank . fill this tank with water 2 times and transfer the water in 500 liter tank to calibrate it.
