Can you explain for me this case: As soon as being released from machine, the hardness of tablets is rather low ( below the acceptance range) but for a while, tablets meet the hardness standard.

This observation may not be valid for all the tablets/products. However, this aspect should be considered during process optimization and process validation of each product.
