What is IPA MDC Ratio for coating solution preparation
Now a days use or IPA and MDC is not encourged.
Aqueous coating or hydroalcohic coating is used.
Any how ratio is 60%IPA
40% MDC.

How it is done. Is it compatible with insta coat material
Water as a dispersing media is perfectly compatible with Instacoat or any other Readymix Coating material unless PVA (Poly Vinyl Alcohol) is used as film forming agent. Now a days 20% dispersion is OK for most of Aqueous Coating materials. This will result in 2-3% weight gain of core tab.
