Dear all i want to make coral calcium syrup and i am facing a problem that after mixing if we stop mixing calcium settle down in the bottom.
can anyone tell me that how can i make coral calcium syrup plz sent me manuacturing order
1-I understand that it is suspension and not a syrup. please note that sysrup is clear ;liquid
2-Ensure that the bulk density of the material around less than 0.35 g/cc.
3-Please carry the micro pulverization to get the fine particles.
4- Use Xanthum gum as a suspending agent in a right concentration between 0.2 to 0.35 %.

use microcrystalline cellulose and Xanthum gum as suspending agent and pass the suspension through homogenizer.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT SUSPENDING AGENT AND VALIDATE THE TIME OF HOMOZINIZATION & STIRRER SHOULD BE CONTINUED DURING FILLING.
Use xantham gum as suspending agent,
Only calcium lactate is clearly dissolved in water. So in that case it will be a Suspension.
