Supply chain of finished product shall be as part of the annual product quality review (APQR) for the respective product.
It contains the details of the vendor along with the trend details of the received consignments for that particular year.
Compiled the details of the received material containers condition, transport vehicle condition, vehicle details as per the records, physical qty. received against the invoice, Quality of the material, any abnormality in the product manufactured with received batches etc⌠conclude that no concerns and capable in supply the materials without losing the consignmentâs integrity in all aspects.

⢠Sourcing raw materials,
⢠Source material transport to production site/Area
⢠Transporting the finished products to a distribution centre or retail store(s) where it could be delivered to consumers (Weight and measurement database must be available with SCM)
