DO 2nd PERSON HAVE AUTHORITY TO MAKE PHOTO COPY OF SOP WITHOUT QA PERMISSION?
No. SOP is a sacred document of the company’s or departments’s way to handle things. Only authorized persons to use SOP shall make amendments or copy for whatever needs. Otherwise no one has right to reproduce the controlled document

As per cGMP, Approved QA personel can distribute/issue/make copy of the controlled SOP.

No.only qa person handling sops is authorized to prepare ,photocopy and issue controlled copies to all concerned departments.
