Can you please help us regarding which guideline supports for Stand alone CAPA.

CAPA only is not able to understand the any incident so therefor required CAPA with required any deviation and Incident is required to full fill investigation…

Stand alone CAPA sometimes used to update any procedure or method as a improvement point of view, or update BMR parameter after PV, Audit points, APQR requirements actually it depends upon management decision.
