Please, I was going to manufacture an oral antacid (magnesium trisilicate) which the formulation is expected to contain 50Kg of Sorbitol, but the total quantity of sorbitol I have left is 35Kg, can I make use of Sugar (Sucrose) of approxtly 15Kg to complete the formulation, since the Sucrose in the original formulation is 75Kg? Then, can I make it 90Kg instead, in order to bulk up the formulation?
Is this about a commercial batch, in which you are running short for Sorbitol against the standard quantity based on the batch recipe or Bill of Material?
Yeah. Commercial batch… We lost that quantity while dischaging for the compounding.
