Is all department SOP should be approved by qa manager in pharma company?

The finalized SOPs should be approved as described in the organization’s Quality Management Plan or its own SOP for preparation of SOPs. Generally all SOP is approved by QA manager.

When the QA manager approve on SOP that means the data is correct, the sequence in it is right & there’s no gaps in the SOP
