In case of more changes history in SOP how to add in SOP all history is mandatory to show in SOP

No need to maintain more than change history of previous 03 versions, which includes the current changes.
i.e; if you proposed to revise the SOP/STP from version 03 to version 04, then you have to maintain change history of 02,03 & 04.
