RPN= SeverityxOccurancexDetection
moreover you have to check your SOP also how its defined. However you can’t able to deviate your SOP. What is described in your SOP and how your categorizes the risk. for example High and Medium and Low like this they are given anything in your SOP based on that only you have to go further calculation for RPN
