How can I divide SOP in categories according to each department that we have in our company?
What are the specific categories?

I think most common is:
Policies
Procedure/SOP
Work instruction
Forms

Also to add department wise…
QA, QC, PRD, WH,ENG, etc.

you can classified the sop of production area in 3 catagories-

  1. operation(sop/prd/O001)
    2.cleaning(SOP/PRD/C001)
    3.general(SOP/PRD/G001)

QC, QA, production, RA, HR, administrator, SCM, Eng, EHS, ARD, core, Corporate, micro, warehouse, it’s all are divided by belongingness to their respective job and privileges.
