None of the BMR operations should be deviated.

CPP is one such operation. This operation also will never be deviated.

In such case, what is the significance of mentioning CPP in BMR (in bold font).

The significance of mentioning CPP in Bold font inorder to Highlight it, and operator or reviewer will easily focus on the important aspect of the process.
As CPP are very important while execution batch/process so it should not be deviated to validated measures.
