During sampling/dispensing of cold storage materials (2 to 8 deg C), Is it required to reach the material at ambient temp. prior to sampling/dispensing to minimize any weight fluctuation?

Yes, it is advisable to bring the temperature of the material to room temperature before sampling and dispensing. This is to avoid fluctuations in the weighing balance and to avoid condensation of moisture in the bag/container in which samples or materials are collected.
