SAL Calculation

Hello,
I need help with calculation of SAL, actually I dont know which formula I can use.

I have parameters of:

Fo minimum end of Exposure: 26.4
Fo minimum end of Cycle: 28.2
D-value:1.8
Z-value:10

I am using BI having D value 2 having population 1.2 x 106. As per attchment I will run my autoclave. Please suggest how to calculate SAL.
