If there is no production activity during holiday it will not effect the product so u can skip the environmental monitoring . Maintain the differential pressure and temperature before starting of activity.

we using Autopipets for testing and we are Sterilizing it once weekly is it right wrong
Sterilizing it once weekly its ok However you should use Sterile Tips for each sample separately possibly with filter barrier to avoid any contamination.
