We are receiving certain raw material COA, that does not have signature and stamp of company.
They either have company name and in-charge responsible name.
Sometimes they have written the following: ‘This document is produced electronically and is valid without signature.’
Can we consider it as valid?
Many organization have IH system design in a such a way that RM/PM/IP sample COA to be generated through software , that software need to qualify as per current guideline & proper Quality Inspection system should be there before such type electronically COA generation.
