quality agreement is the written agreement which it comprises the terms and conditions, understanding between both the parties, roles and responsibilities of the both the parties. it might be duplicate in copy, one will be with contract / service provider and other will be with contract / service acceptor. Refer chapter 7 of mhra/pics/tga guidelines for details.
