Hello everyone,
I have 2 questions please if anyone can help

  1. how to explain the difference between qualification and Validation in regards to laboratory equipment

  2. how would someone plan such a task to analyze and improve a quality relevant procedure in a company??

Qualification is belonging to the equipment’s & supporting system which have been using for manufacturing of drug substance or drug product.
During the qualification, ensure that the equipment is working properly and capable of producing the results as per pre-determined acceptance criteria without any deviations.
Validation is a high degree of assurance that the process or systems consistently producing the results as per the pre-determined acceptance criteria.
Validation is belonging to the processes like Process, cleaning, analytical methods, software, drying, blending etc.
