1.The S.S. hose pipes and breaded silicone tubes are used for CIP (Clean in place),SIP (Steam in place) & Hot and cool systems.
2.The S.S.hose pipes and breaded silicone tubes are washed (flushed) with hot WFI after use.
3.After washing water droplet are completely removed from S.S.hose pipes and breaded silicone tubes using compressed air.
4.Both open ends of the air dried hose pipes and breaded tubes are wraped with permeable covers (biobarrier paper).
5.After cleaning and drying each hose pipes and breaded tubes are labelled and stored in inverted U- shaped at designated place (Cleaned Hose pipe stand).
6.After usages of three months / when ever physically found damage / In case of damage which ever is earlier the hose pipes and tubes are replaced and destroyed.
