Here my question is, if any equipment has decommissioned or any equipment is installed, then how to proceed the schedule…Is it required to prepare new one or something else.
You can prepare ADD ON FORMAT which will same format copy of master schedule but blank i. e. no printed planned dates… when if new equipment installed then add that eqip. name with preplanned dates on blank
In case of decommissioned, we can discontinued planned dates of that particular equipment with remark on schedule…
