Pre incubation of SCDA media for clean room monitoring

Ready to use SCDA Plates (GAMMA IRRADIATED AND TRIPLE LAMINATED PACK) pre incubation is required or not for clean room monitoring if it is required or not require is there any guideline is suggested.
please release your answers.

If you make media in house it must be incubated. Media sourced from Outside labs come pre incubated usually. There is regs available for media preparation. Try USP 61 and USP 1116. USP 797 also speaks to media requirements for clean rooms. Also laws depend on the country of origin you sell to and manufacturer product in. ISO 14698 speaks a small bit about media as well.
