Is there any equation to determine number of worst locations in clean room
As per ISO-14644 give number of sampling location for Non-Viable particle count in clean room. However, the worst location would dependent on risk assessment. Usually entry & exit point, man & material movement point, product loading station near equipment are considered as worst location for performing microbiological test.
