Production area checklist:
Area cleaning.equipment cleaning,drain cleaning,log record check, production activity as per current version of sop,proper status labelling on equipment i.e product status label,cleaning status label,equipment status label,preventive maintenance and validation status label, calibration tag of instrument.man material movement, calibration of weighing balance,UV replacement tag, Disinfectant status label,gowning procedure, environmental monitoring data,data integrity,autoclave cycle check,line clearance check ,inward out ward of quarantine area.room temperature and relative humidity,eye test report of visual inspector,list of qualified visual inspector, packing line check etc.
