during processing of paracetamol tablets a pink color was produced . what is reason ???

Its as unusual, incident to be raised, immediate corrective action followed by investigation, as per inhouse SOP procedures , root cause analysis by different modes (5M analysis, 5why, brainstorming, fish bone etc.), CAPA,then closeout.

Could it be a hydrolysis event or what ??

plz chk which color was use in production , is there 2 color from diff. vendor,
or both color was expire issued ,also do TLC for used all color separate and combined
