As we know PH drug product (liquid products ) is changed when they are crossing autoclave stage during manufacturing.what could be the reason in this case?
The reason may be due to high temperature, the dissolved gas is forced to expelled out, and the solubility of gas decreases due to temperature, hence making alkaline. also there is change in H+ or OH- concentration leads to pH change.
moreover it depends upon product to product nature.
