I have two different types of water i.e; PH-5.5 & 6.5 each 1000mL. If Di sodium hydrogen phosphate-5gms and 2M sodium hydroxide solution- 20mL added in each. Then what is the resulting solutions PH, both are same/ different?
Use appropriate quality of water to prepare buffer soutions as per pharmacopoeoal procedures. Buffers have property to resist change in pH.
